It is called Democracy

When the Democrats first passed the Affordable Care Act into law, it was democracy pure and simple. However unfair and clandestine the process of writing and approving this Law may have been, the Democrats had the votes and they passed the Act into law. Now the Republicans have the votes in the House and what they are doing is also democracy pure and simple. Politicians have become masters at demonizing their opponents. They are much better at school yard bullying than they are at governing. But, whatever else you may call it, it is  Democracy.
